4 / Detailed technical information. Specifically how the building will be crafted and delivered occurs during this stage. We will prepare full tender and construction documentation as appropriate and assist with the selection of main contractors to carry out the works.
-
5 / Construction. Here we will guide all the relevant parties; contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc. to ensure that the client will get the beautiful building promised to them at the outset.
-
6-7 / Red Ribbon Time. Upon completion we will assist with the handing over of the project, subject to everyone's satisfaction that it is complete and to the standards required. And going forward we will be there if and when any queries arise about the operation and maintenance of the building.
Depending on the nature of the project, one ore more of these stages may not apply. Every project is unique, as are our client's circumstances and aspirations. So this is discussed on an individual basis and tailored to our client's needs at the commencement of every project we undertake. For a more detailed explanation of the above stages of work, please refer to the RIBA Plan of Work.

Testimonials
As the concept design architect for Elizabeth House, Corrie did a wonderful job and designed a bold and dynamic building on this pivotal site on Wembley High Rd. The site was small and restricted, but he managed to create a stunning building, full of colour and vibrancy with 115 apartments. - David Woods, Development Director - Octavia Living
We are extremely happy with the Orchard Hotel Corrie designed for us. The vision he presented to us at the design stage has been meticulously executed, and it is a beautiful addition to our campus. - James Hale, Estates Director - University of Nottingham
Corrie did a fantastic job designing our facade at Barkli Gallery. He came up with something that was both grand, sophisticted and exactly of the style we were hoping for. A building befitting this historic site in central Moscow. He is a very talented architect. - Alexander Krasavin, Deputy Chairman of the Board - Barkli Corporation

Architecture and the creation of beautiful buildings is a very collaborative effort. In addition to architects, we rely on support from a host of consultants, engineers and other professionals. And while Corrie was the lead design architect on all but one of the projects included on these pages, and all drawings and images are entirely his own work, some of these projects were done while working for some of the UK's top architecture firms. Without their support and guidance he wouldn't be the architect and designer he is today. As such, due credit should be given to the practices where he designed and delivered the following projects.
