Winner of both RIBA and RICS regional awards, this sustainable BREEAM Excellent four-star hotel created for the University of Nottingham was featured in the March/April addition of Sleeper Magazine.  Providing a link to the adjacent conference center and Millennium Gardens, the hotel atrium welcomes guests into a stunning space bathed in the natural light filtering through the structural glazed roof and undulating timber canopy.  This £20M project, constructed almost exclusively of local materials, was delivered on time, within budget, and includes a brasserie, executive lounge, four meeting rooms, three roof-top terraces, and a gym.
