Upon completing our design for the neighbouring Holiday In Express, we dove straight into the next phase of the development, a 6-story, 10,000 square foot office building.  Anxious to secure a suitable tenant, the developer client valued our expertise in bringing visuals to life and instilling them with a sense of realism.  Strength in this facet of a proposal is often the key to securing planning consents, funding, or in this case, much needed tenants.
