Bayil Bay,  Baku

We submitted this project to an invitation only design competition for a residential building overlooking Bayil Bay in Baku, Azerbaijan.  The design offers 50 luxury apartments over 11 stories.  Encompassing a bar, restaurant, retail facilities, and a gym all wrapped in a bracingly modern facade of glass, marble, and cascading terraces, our creation undeniably answered the client’s call for something bold, dynamic, fresh, and fluid.
