Suffolk Coast
This feasibility study for an existing light industrial site in Lowestoft, Suffolk enabled the owner to understand the actual value of his assset. This mixed-use scheme introduces a significant quantum of built form to the location, but in a way that is considered and respectful to our neighbours and the environment. The buildings will be broken into smaller elements, and use a warm palette of materials that will be familiar to the community.
Ground Floor
Between the buildings are open external spaces allowing this new community to thrive internally while also providing a fresh new face to this stretch of road. Over the next few years, we aim to deliver a beautiful collection of homes, restaurants and a hotel to this site just a stone’s throw from the North Sea.
