As part of a collaborative effort with Chris Dyson Architects and Jessica Coyle Design we assisted in the delivery of this beautiful pub in Southwest London.  Spread over six floors, we were instrumental in the re-organisation of the building, including relocating the kitchen from its originally-intended location, detailing and co-ordinating a more effective service strategy, and gaining new planning approvals for the new facade and roof terrace.  Bottoms up!
