Nestled in a leafy Croydon neighbourhood, this project exemplifies our design dexterity and ability to satisfy the strictest of local planning authorities.  The council was adamant that the project not stray from the architecture of the surrounding small-grained residential properties.  Our successful scheme reads as a modest single-family dwelling but delivers three self-contained flats featuring private and communal gardens.  The small scale, hipped roofs, traditional brickwork, clay-tile roofing, and Tudor boarding combine to create a structure perfectly at home in its surroundings.
