This very interesting project right in the heart of Belgravia was part of a viability study for Heron Properties.  We proposed to refurbish an old post-war residential block, which at the time was being used as housing for the Met Police Department into a contemporary high-end apartment building.

These before and after images illustrate my concept which introduced a new secured entrance courtyard, updated fenestration, modern full-height glazed living spaces overlooking the courtyard and a new penthouse level with external amenity spaces. A contextual, yet modernt insertion into this very exclusive and upscale area of the capital.
